Zoom How-to Guide
Zoom has been successfully integrated into the Planet Altig Web Application for online meetings. The steps are described below to test the Basic Flow of this newly implemented feature.

1.1 USER LOGIN:
Go to https://www.planetaltig.com/ and provide a Username and Password to login to the application.


1.2 LEAD INBOX:
From the side-menu, navigate to the ‘Lead Inbox’ where all the leads are listed.


Click on Add Lead to create a new Lead.


A pop-up will appear, fill out the form and Submit to Create a Lead.


Select that newly created Lead of yours and Click on Appt Option. Notice that two options will appear in the drop down:
1. General Appointment (it contains all other types of appointments)
2. Zoom Appointment (to create zoom appointment)


A window will appear with two options
1. Now - This option will create the zoom appointment immediately based on agent’s time-zone, lead and agent both will be sent the meeting link via email.
2. Later - This option will show the time date and other details to schedule the appointment; lead and agent will be sent the meeting link via email. At the decided time of meeting, both agent and lead can join the meeting by the link sent in email.


In both the options, a zoom window will be shown where agent will login with individual zoom account. This account will stay logged in until manually logged out from the edit profile page.


After scheduling an appointment, an email will be sent to Agent Account having details of Zoom Appointment.
Agent can click on the link to start the Zoom Meeting with the Lead by entering the Meeting Id and the Password.


1.3 ZOOM SUPPORT:
Zoom Support is a link through which users can request help when they have problems with Zoom integration.


User can also access Zoom Support when they are scheduling their Zoom Appointment with the Leads.


1.4 UNINSTALL PROCESS:
User can install/uninstall Zoom account by following the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to Edit Profile tab, if user is not logged into Zoom account, the page will show Connect your Zoom Account button
    • On clicking Connect your Zoom Account button, Zoom OAuth will open so that user can log into his zoom account from Impact.
  • If user is logged into the Zoom account, the page will show the following
    • Zoom account email address.
    • firstname lastname
    • And the following instructions in How to disconnect/Uninstall Zoom account from Impact 
      • Uninstall the Impact App
        • Login into your zoom account and navigated to zoom marketplace
        • Client Manage > Installed Apps or search Impact app
        • Click Impact app
        • Click uninstall
